Privacy notice

This notice explains what Meetings HQ does with the details you send us through this site. We have kept it short and plain.

What we collect

When you use the form on our contact page, we collect your first and last name, your work email, your company and its website, your job title, and the message you write. We collect nothing else. This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking of any kind.

Why we collect it

We use your details for one purpose: to answer your request. That includes preparing the buyer map you asked for and replying to you about it. We do not add you to a list, and we do not use your details for anything you did not ask for.

How long we keep it

We keep your details until your request is closed. After that we hold them for up to 12 months, so we can pick up the thread if you come back to us, and then we delete them.

Who sees it

We never sell your details or rent them to anyone. They are handled only by the service providers that host this site and carry our messages, and only as far as that work requires.

Your choices

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them, or have them deleted. Write to daphne.watkins@meetingshq.co or send a request through our contact form, and we will act on it promptly. If you reply "stop" to any message from us, we will not contact you again.

If this notice changes, the updated version will appear on this page.
